INIHAW NA BANGUS (Grilled Milkfish) with SALTED EGG

An easy to prepare a delicious Inihaw na Bangus or Grilled Milkfish. Stuffed with a mixture of tomatoes, onions and ground pepper. And for more flavors, i added butter and salted egg, inside the stuffing. And then, wrap it in foil and grill it for about 10 to 15 minutes each side, and when it's done, open the foil, serve it hot with toyomansi ( a mixture of soysauce with calamansi) you can add chopped onion and garlic plus a teaspoon of sugar.
